REPRESIÓN EN JORNADA MUSICAL ANTIFACISTA A 33 AÑOS DEL GOLPE DEL ’76.

Los acontecimientos sucedidos el día de ayer 24 de marzo del 2009 a 33 años del golpe de Estado del `76 durante una jornada de conciertos en el Pasaje Santos Discépolo (entre Ayacucho y Riobamba)en repudio al Estado Fascista y en conmemoración a lxs 30000 desaparecidxs terminó siendo un hecho de consecuencias tristes y lamentables debido a la represión policial que se llevó a cabo en el lugar, donde se hacían presentes no sólo cientos de jóvenes de entre 20 y 30 años, sino también niñxs.

El recital- organizado dentro de marcos legales (con permiso otorgado por la Dirección General del Espacio Público de la Municipalidad de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires el día viernes 20 de marzo bajo el Registro Nº 3811-DGOEP-2009.)se estaba desarrollando sin ningún tipo de inconveniente, con gente bailando y bandas tocando. Eran alrededor de las 20.45 hs cuando de pronto e inesperadamente empezaron a aparecer- a modo de emboscada- fuerzas de seguridad policiales de distintas dependencias quienes comenzaron a reprimirnos con balas de goma y plomo , gases lacrimógenos y a palazos.

Nos golpearon indiscriminadamente, nos atacaron impunemente y con una agresividad furiosa y ensañada- llegando a provocar la pérdida del embarazo de tres meses de una de las jóvenes. Esto no es más que un acto absolutamente criminal y repudiable.

En lo personal fui víctima de lesiones en la cabeza y brazos en el momento en que estábamos tratando de salvar nuestras pertenencias, instrumentos y equipos de sonido que final e infelizmente fueron incautados por el personal policial. También tuve que ser trasladada al hospital Ramos Mejía para poder recibir el control correspondiente debido a los fuertes golpes.

Además, al tratar de protegernos y de evitar ser detenidxs nos recluimos en nuestro domicilio a metros del lugar. Como consecuencia, policías de civil y uniformados quisieron violentar el ingreso a nuestra vivienda, afortunadamente sin éxito.

Lxs detenidxs –más de 30- fueron trasladados a las comisarías 5ta y 6ta, y sólo ellxs saben lo que fue vivir el calvario de las horas de detención (aquellxs que fueron liberadoxs horas más tarde, porque aún siguen personas detenidxs)

Queremos denunciar este acto de represión y cobardía exigiendo el esclarecimiento de estos acontecimientos sucedidos en el día de ayer, especialmente en esta fecha por demás simbólica pero sin-por lo visto- valor alguno para los aparatos institucionales.
